Single Solid Product Does the Trick

Solid Wins Again!
Hi, this is Rick Monthie, with St. Luke's Hospital in Cedar Rapids,
Iowa, an 870,000 square foot medical facility. Last year, Tom
Borror and Jaytech, Inc. were hired to take over the chemical
treatment of our facility.
This last fall, the end of our 9th cooling season, we pulled
the condenser heads from our chillers and found that the tubes
were absolutely spotless inside. Even the Trane service representative
who was here to clean the tubes commented on how nice they looked.
Jaytech does an excellent job of treating and servicing our systems.
Before we began to work with Jaytech, we needed to schedule a
crane to lift the liquid cooling tower treatment containers down
to the tower area for use. This was difficult and dangerous. Now
we have our treatment delivered by a simple delivery service such
as UPS. The new containers are small one gallon plastic jars and
the chemicals are no where near as toxic as those we used before.
They don't pose a threat to our employees or to the environment.
